Dripped AI analyzes a photo of your outfit and gives it a score. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, and how to delete it.
The short version: you start with an anonymous account and we never ask for your name or phone number. If you choose to create a permanent account with Apple, Google or email, we receive an email address and an account identifier from that provider. Your outfit photos are stored privately, sent to an AI provider to be analyzed, and kept until you delete them. They are never public, never shared with other users, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
The app is operated by Vlad Pocatilu, trading as Kairen AI Consulting, Boksdoornerf 401, 5038 KB Tilburg, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal information.
We collect only what the app needs to work. There is no advertising in Dripped AI, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.

We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, precise geolocation, health data, or advertising identifiers, and the app never asks for an email address unless you choose to create a permanent account. Our website asks for one only if you choose to join the launch waitlist. We do not use your photos for facial recognition and do not attempt to identify you from them.
Your photos are never sent to our analytics or crash-reporting providers.
This is the core of the product, so it is worth being precise about.
Scores are generated by AI. They are automated opinions about clothing, not statements of fact, and they are not always accurate or consistent. The app assesses garments, colors, proportions, cohesion, occasion suitability and footwear. It is designed not to assess or comment on your body, appearance or physical characteristics. No human reviews your photos in the ordinary course of operating the app, and no decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about you.
We do not use your information for advertising or profiling, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
We have never sold personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar US state laws. We also do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
We use the following providers to operate the app. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, under contractual and data-protection terms appropriate to the services it provides.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Use, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition — in which case we will notify you.
We are established in the European Union, and several of our providers process data in the United States. Where personal information leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or another approved transfer mechanism such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
Open Settings → Delete my account and all data. This removes your photos, your scores and your account from our active systems, and cannot be undone. You can also delete any individual fit from its result screen.
We do not keep your photos after deletion in order to use them. Copies may persist for a limited period in encrypted backups, and some records may be retained where we are required or permitted to keep them — for security, to prevent fraud and abuse, or to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Our providers also apply their own retention schedules, which we do not control. Anything retained for these reasons is not used to operate the app or shown to anyone.
In-app deletion is the fastest and most reliable route. If your account is still anonymous it holds no email address, so we generally cannot identify you from an emailed request alone and may need information from inside the app to verify it.
Regardless of where you live, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact info@chriga.com.
Under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use your information for any purpose requiring this). You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.
Section 1 above serves as our notice at collection. You may exercise these rights in the app or by emailing info@chriga.com. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Residents of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana have comparable rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to appeal a refused request. We honor these rights for all US residents. To appeal a decision, reply to our response or email info@chriga.com with "Appeal" in the subject.
Because we are established in the EU, the GDPR governs our processing of everyone's personal information, wherever you live. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, to request restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Our legal bases are:
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Photos are held in private storage with per-user access rules enforced by the database, so one account cannot reach another's data. All AI processing happens on our server, so the app you download contains no provider keys. Access to production systems is limited to those who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Dripped AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live (16 in parts of the EEA), you need your parent or guardian's permission to use the app. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@chriga.com and we will delete it promptly.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, give notice in the app before it takes effect.
